Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING EXPECTATIONS & TIMING

Orders ship Monday through Friday.  Shipping is closed Saturday and Sunday. Shipping time frames on our checkout page are provided by the courier.  The couriers do not guarantee these time frames.  Because of this and because we have no control over shipments once they are picked up from our facility; Fuegolighters.com cannot guarantee these time frames as well. 

All in-stock orders placed by 12PM EST will ship the same business day.  Orders placed after 12PM EST will ship the next available business day.  

Orders placed after 12PM EST on Friday through Sunday will ship the next available business day. 

Orders placed after 12PM EST the day before or on Nationally Recognized Holidays or Days-Off (EX: New Year’s Day) including some Religious Holidays will ship the next available business day.  

International orders ship once payment clears.

Fuegolighters.com does everything in its power to ship your order so that it arrives at your chosen shipping address as quickly as possible.  However, Fuegolighters.com is not responsible or liable for any delays the shipping courier incurs attempting to deliver your package (EX: weather, natural disaster, state of emergency, labor dispute, protests, customs delays, etc.).  

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES

Shipping destinations outside of the continental United States may incur additional costs or fees not associated with or imposed by Fuegolighters.com.  Additional costs or fees may include but are not limited to: customs, duties, taxes, brokerage or handling fees. Fuegolighters.com is not privy to nor has control over these costs or fees and therefore are not included in your total order.  These additional costs or fees vary by destination location and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States may take extended periods of time to deliver.  Fuegolighters.com has no ability to gauge the length of time required to deliver to international destinations and is not responsible for any delays in delivery.

ADDRESS VALIDATION

All orders placed on Fuegolighters.com orders have their shipping addresses validated prior to shipping in order to assure they reach their intended destination.  Customers will be contacted via email if an order has a shipping address that cannot be validated.  Orders with unvalidated addresses will be held awaiting customer confirmation for 2 business days.  If no response is given by the customer, Fuegolighters.com at their discretion may ship or cancel said order in question.  If an order is shipped without validation and is returned undeliverable; it is considered an undeliverable shipment at no fault of Fuegolighters.com.

UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is returned to Fuegolighters.com as undeliverable for any reason other than error on the part of Fuegolighters.com; Fuegolighters.com reserves the right to refund the undeliverable shipment minus the cost of shipping.  

MISSING OR LOST SHIPMENTS & ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED

Shipping couriers, in their sole discretion determine how to deliver and where to leave your package. If you are unable to locate your package or feel that your package is lost in-transit, please contact the courier responsible for the delivery of your package.  If the package is deemed lost you may contact us to help resolve your lost package claim.  Please note, Fuegolighters.com will take the time to perform the due diligence necessary to verify a package is lost.

Any packages re-shipped under this premise will be shipped adult signature required, no exceptions.

P.O. BOX SHIPMENTS

Fuegolighters.com will ship to all P.O. Boxes as allowed by the United States Postal Service.  FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. BOXES.

CHANGES TO SHIPPING POLICY AND QUESTIONS
