RETURNS FROM LOCATIONS OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES

Due to high shipping costs, fees, and taxes associated with international shipments; Fuegolighters.com evaluates all return requests from locations outside of the continental United States and determines at our discretion how they will be handled. If a return is accepted, any additional duties, fees, taxes, or costs outside of shipping costs will not be refunded. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and will be handled as per the below-written return provisions.
*Any international returns received due to damage from using converters or adapters that do not align with the product sold will not be refunded or returned to the customer and will be destroyed. All products sold on Fuegolighters.com are 110v unless otherwise specified.

NEW PRODUCT RETURNS

All new products must be in original, unused condition. They must be brand-new, sealed and unopened in their original packaging. New product returns must be shipped back within 30 days of the date they were delivered. New products meeting these criteria that are returned without cause or error on the part of Fuegolighters.com will receive a 100% refund minus the cost of shipping.

USED PRODUCT RETURNS

Any return that has been opened or has broken seals is considered a used product return. Used product returns must be returned within 30 days of the date they were delivered. These returns will be refunded minus a 50% restocking fee and shipping costs. All used product returns must include all original packaging, parts, accessories, components, and documents. If there are missing packaging, components, or documents; Fuegolighters.com reserves the right to impose an additional restocking fee of up to 20%.

WITH CAUSE & DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS

Products that are received and are broken, damaged, missing pieces, or were shipped incorrectly are considered With Cause. With Cause product returns must be reported within 72 hours of their delivery. With Cause product returns are entitled to a full refund or exact replacement at no charge to the customer.
Products that are reported after the 72-hour window with the exception of products shipped incorrectly are considered defective products. Defective products are handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty. Many manufacturer warranty’s require customers to contact the manufacturer directly and follow the manufacturer’s warranty claims process. Defective product return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise instructed by the manufacturer.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please contact us here to initiate a return. Do not send a return back to us without authorization. For the safety of our employees, any unknown package received without prior authorization will remain unopened and immediately discarded. Unauthorized, discarded packages will not receive a refund, exchange, will not be returned to sender, and Fuegolighters.com holds no responsibility or liability to those packages, no exceptions. Based on your circumstance and the above-written return policies; we will inform you of how your situation must be handled.
Unless informed otherwise, all customers are responsible for purchasing return shipping. Fuegolighters.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. For this reason, we recommend you use a courier service that provides tracking and insurance for your return shipment. Do not use expedited shipping. Where shipping cost reimbursements are applicable, Fuegolighters.com will not reimburse customers for excess, expedited shipping costs.

Please allow up to two (2) weeks from the delivery date of your return package for the processing of your return. Authorized returns that are sent back to Fuegolighters.com will be inspected when processed. The return will be handled in line with the above-written policies regardless of the initial documented return reason. If the return reason is found to be different than the initial documented return reason; the customer is responsible for all costs associated with the reason found after an inspection.

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. Most orders ship within 24-hours. If your order has already shipped you will need to follow the above-written return policy.
